Did you know that clean, dry clean hair takes color best? We recommend you wash, deep condition and style your hair with minimal products 24 hours before your appointment for the best results.

Running late?

Please call your stylist or send them a text if you are running late day of your appointment. We understand life happens and will always do our best to accommodate. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule or forfeit parts of your service. We pride ourselves on running on time for each of our guests. One late client will put our whole day behind which leads to unhappy guests.

Changes in your schedule?

No problem! Please give your stylist at least 48 hours notice when rebooking or cancelling your appointment. This means please contact your stylist directly to make these changes. If less than 48 hours notice is given, a cancellation/reschedule fee of 50% of the previous service may be accessed before rebooking. We understand that extraordinary things do happen and will do our best to be as understanding as possible to any situations that may result in cancellation.

No show / No Call?

No show with no call or text will not be given a new appointment until 100% of the missed service + cancellation fee ($75) is paid in full. Without any notice we are unable to accommodate guests whose hair is wanting our love. Our time is how we get paid and huge holes in our books effect us grately.

We love kids! Just not in the salon.

The salon is full of hot, sharp tools and chemicals. For the safety of your little ones we kindly ask they not be in the salon. We like to be respectful to other guest as we try to create a relaxed environment.
